Post Date Clarity
When a date ends there is this release of energy, that can
either be euphoria, or the release of all of the tension you
had build up from not biting your date’s head off. One way or
another it is not the most grounded time in which to be making
decisions about your date. You could canonize or demonize them
when you have no right to do either. Let us recall the
extremely important words of wisdom, that a date it not that
important. An evening is not really enough to make or break
anything, so don’t freak out or start naming your unborn
children either. Take the same amount of relaxation time that
you gave yourself before the date to really clear your head of
nerves and center yourself. After that, you can think about
the date, but don’t take anything too seriously or make any
final decisions. Make the remainder of the evening a feel good
one for you. And the best advice I could give about post-date
nerves or worries is to laugh them of, because they really
just aren’t that serious!
